I am no chef but I love cooking from my own produce and how great is that? Limited food miles, knowledge of what pesticides/ herbicides and fertilisers have been used are becoming more important as we become more aware of our individual impact on our world.
Most of my recipes will be links to others, but where I’ve adjusted them enough to call it my own, I’ve placed it here.
